Delivery and Refunds

Delivery:

Unframed prints: We aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 days. However occasionally an item may be temporally out of stock, or the artist may need time to schedule the production of a print. If this is the case we will inform you and you will receive your order within 21 days.

Prints are normally dispatched by recorded delivery, packed in strong cardboard tubes or flat-packed, as appropriate.

Framed prints:
Framing is generally carried out to order. please allow at least 7 days to receive your framed picture.  However, if you have a shorter deadline, please make contact by email or telephone and we will do our best to deliver the framed picture within your schedule.

Refunds / Exchange

In the unlikely event that any item purchased from the Botanical Gallery is not in perfect condition when delivered to you, please notify us in writing within three days of delivery and return it to us within fourteen days of delivery. We will then replace the item and refund your cost of postage.

If upon receipt of an item purchased from the Botanical Gallery you wish to exchange it, you may return it in perfect condition within fourteen days of delivery, together with notification of your alternative selection of at least the original value. We will then dispatch your alternative selection and if appropriate charge any difference in cost to your card.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

We guarantee that neither your email address nor any other contact details you provide will be sold or passed on to any other organisation or individual.
